Clockjack, a restaurant in Central London, was built on a belief in only using ethically-sourced, free range birds.
Unfortunately, their original branding was a little cold. Despite their passion, they were struggling to stand out against the competition in an over-saturated market.
Working with Jerry and the team, we teased out the distinct bits of the brand’s story: the staff’s unconquerable energy and independent personality. This inspired a catchy strap-line that summed up their stance: “for the love of chicken”. This became our creative catalyst, and we brought the restaurant to life with bold colours and playful illustrations – as well as famous phrases with the word ‘chicken’ worked into them, fly-posted around the space.
“Back to Front’s work was very brand focused, rather than simply surface design. We were very happy with their creativity and felt they understood our brief well – this was reflected in the finished work.”
